The A10 has released preseason rankings for the 2023-2024 men's basketball season:

1. Saint Louis (received all first place votes)
2. Dayton
3. - 15. Everybody else

That was a perfectly good waste of $27,500 that could have been wiser spent elsewhere on the program.

We maybe talking about the future of MR but can we compare him to our opponent's coaches postseason record's we've been tracking? Of all the opponents we've been tracking, would you trade HC's with any of them? Not Hurley, Capel, Stackhouse, Dambrot, Hardaway, Grant or Tennessee Travis Ford? I think not.

interesting choices. I feel like it’ll be Ambassadors or Sentinels.

Blue fog is certainly the most unique name….

I’ll be curious to see what the mascots for any of them would be. Especially Blue Fog

The A10 has released preseason rankings for the 2023-2024 men's basketball season:

and this will not change until half way through the A10 season when VCU is 9-0 and SLU and Dayton are are 6-3 and 7-2 respectively. Then VCU will be given a slight chance to win the conference.

My wife and I talked to a couple from GWU while standing in the absurdly long concession lines at the season finale game. I asked that same question. The university has already stated that George himself will always be the mascot. I was picturing for Blue Fog a person with cotton balls stuck all over a body suit, but that won't happen.

All that aside ... I'm telling you ... it's going to be Blue Fog. Down the road someone could POTENTIALLY become offended by Ambassadors or Sentinels (don't ask how -- just admit it could happen) but I doubt that will ever be a problem with Blue Fog.
