This is a great example of a series you would think VCU could/would schedule. And VCU and Wichita State have a history with each other.
Im sure we tried to get this same exact series

Is that your assumption, or do you have knowledge that VCU tried? Wichita State and VCU have a lot more in common institutional/athletic wise than fur and Wichita State.
No I have no knowledge other than hearing Rhoades interviews. Although it sounds like we exhausted all options. If a team of a similar caliber who we have history with exists, Im sure we have asked the for a home/home

Very true. That and the Drake home-and-home that UR is finishing up this coming season. Clearly they aren't having issues getting H&H series with decent teams.
We are just starting home and homes with both Temple and Memphis. Both are more attractive than the two series the spiders agreed to. Which ones would you rather have?
