A10 usually ends up beating itself up which unfortunately has led to less bids. With programs bouncing back you have to wonder if that happens even more this year. If that dies we better hope many of the A10 teams have good OOC wins.

I'm hoping the improvement of several teams top to bottom in the conference will make for some good OOC performances. We'll see. A lot of those teams I expect to be better because of some good coaching changes also have a lot of new players along with new coaches. That can make early games iffy. But in these portal days a lot of teams have a lot of new players, us included. The teams that beat us early last year tended to be the ones with guys who had been together for multiple years. I'm hopeful for this year, but I think in coming years even more the A10 is going to be better.

That’s a dumb list IMO. It’s not one of the most important games if it’s going to be a massacre of an A10 team that’s not going to the postseason. That’s just a list of the best opponents regardless of the game’s actual importance.

venting a bit. why does the a 10 suck so bad? why is it so hard to have three teams have good year at once? our top 5 should be in the same league as the big east, but never is. when teams who are perennially at the bottom start to turn things around they are replaced by teams who are just as bad as they were. seriously Fordham, gw, and Duquesne are all competing at a high level for the first time in a 5 years (Duquesne usually pretty good but horrid last year) just to be replaced by mason, Rhody, and Loyola. three teams who were supposed to have a good year. if all else fails we have Davidson to count on though.
