NC State losing at home to UNC is not a good look for them trying to get off the bubble.

Charleston's NET ranking has dropped to 134. It seems likely that unless they turn things around (i.e. stop losing to the CAA's worst teams) we'll be losing what is currently our only Q2 win very soon. All the more reason to take care of business tonight.

Yes, but if North Texas keeps winning they will be a Q2 win.

Gotta do it for more than one season to be a good program. Almost anyone can put together one really good season.

You cant be serious. San Diego St. has been good since Steve Fisher took over and rebuilt the program 20 years ago. Since 05-06, San Diego St has 13 20+ win seasons, 8 24+ win seasons, 6 seasons 26+ wins seasons, 3 30+ win seasons, 8 NCAA appearances, 2 sweet 16 appearances.

Their worst season in that time is something like 19-13.

On those terms alone, their program is comparable to ours.

Both Charleston and North Texas are now both just one spot from being Quad 2 wins. They are certainly heading in different directions, however.

We'll see if they win a few games when Cole Anthony comes back just how hard the powers that be push to give them an at-large bid.
If Cole comes back strong, then UNC definitely has a chance to make a run and get into the tournament. There are a LOT of Q1 games left for them.
