Don't they try to avoid possible regular rematches prior to Sweet 16? Cause this would have a potential VCU/Wichita rematch in Round of 32
Apparently nobody told Katz about that little detail.

Meanwhile, the NET-based bracket on Bracketologists.com actually has the A-10 getting four bids, with Saint Louis and Duquesne being among the last four in. Dayton is in as a 2-seed and VCU is in as a 11-seed.

they try to avoid OOC regular season re-matches in the first round, but it's not a hard and fast rule. Conference opponents who have played twice can't meet until the Elite 8 unless there are more than 8 teams from one conference. If you've only played once you can meet as soon as the second round.

Last 4 In: Tennessee, Richmond, NC State, Pitt
First 4 Out: Arizona St, Oregon St, Virginia Tech, VCU
Next 4 Out: St. Louis, Texas Tech, Rhode Island, Xavier
I'm surprised Oregon St isn't higher, since this was after Sunday...
Is it their Non Con SOS?
