The NCAA Council voted today to allow football, men's basketball and women's basketball to resume voluntary activities beginning June 1. Below is a link to the article from CBSSports.com.
It is the first and most important hurdle NCAA athletics had to clear. States are opening up more and more each week. It's still a long time until November before the actual basketball season starts. Clearing this hurdle at least lets the teams start on campus workouts and summer conditioning/weight training, which is extremely important to VCU's team being as young as they are.So what does this actually mean?
