The Rams hit 95 North for their first A-10 road contest of the season Sunday afternoon. VCU has gone 1-1 in their two roadies of the season so far, defeating the CAA’s preseason No.2 (although top first place vote-getter), Charleston Cougars, while falling at Wichita State in a game the Rams never really threatened. The black and gold swept Mason in last season’s series including a 71-36 road thrashing of Dave Paulsen’s fourth edition Patriots. VCU has not lost at Mason since a surprise upset loss in February of 2016.
