Holiday Tournaments for the Next 5 Years

Of the ones we mentioned.... Pitt would be the easiest because you only have 1 sport to contend with... and theoretically the penguins could be booked for a road trip that week similar to how the Spurs in the NBA always have a certain time where they go on a long road trip cause the rodeo or something comes to town.

Philly & DC the problem is you got 2 sports to contend with.

The other option in Philly that others brought up would be the Palestra... but that only holds like 8000 people or something. Not sure what the Average attendance for an A10 tourney game or A10 final is.... but I wonder if you had VCU & Dayton in the final.... easily 2 of the biggest crowd drawing if not the 2 biggest crowd drawing teams in the A10..... would the Palestra be big enough?

I would be willing to bet the A-10 Tournament moves to RVA once the Green City arena is built. Especially with the A-10 offices being in Newport News.

Maui's pretty big. I wonder if anyone has rated the MTE's. Atlantis is up there I would think. Now that i'm thinking about it, I wonder if the Emerald Coast Classic is still a thing.

Yes, it is, we played in it in 2019. This year's field is #1 Alabama, Ohio State, Oregon, Santa Clara, Mercer, Tennessee State, Southeastern Louisiana, and Western Michigan.

I don't think anyone has definitively ranked the MTEs but Maui is the oldest and probably the most prestigious despite D2 Chaminade being in the field every other year.

Rambling Rothstein kind of did. It is just for this season but they kind of hold true every season with Maui and the Bahamas.
