So I'm making a prediction. Jalen will be our next NFL tight end.
Dude is way to tall, thin and underweight. TE spend a lot of their time as offensive linemen, blocking for the QB and and running backs.

Dude would be the tallest TE in the league by 3 inches at 6’9. Tallest of all time was 6’10. JJ is gonnna be a pro basketball player over a pro football player is my prediction
Pretty sure if you accurately measured him he comes in at 6'7 plus. Also he is a true soph. no telling how big he will be in by his Senior year. Jalen playing football isnt out of the question.

Not that they should be talking but honestly I wouldn’t blame anyone for sleeping on us. We have plenty of question marks and our top scorer is gone. The season could be really good based on talent, could go really bad if our offense/shooting is like last year, or could be somewhere in the middle. We were a NIT team last year. If we were talking about say Dayton who had a few stumbles but despite being young looked really good that would be different.

Predict those "question marks" will turn into exclamation points .... looks like 25-6 heading into post-season. As for "top scorer is gone," don't you suspect Watkins, the Michigan guys and all those high-profile recruits will make up for Williams' 13.3 per game?

That’s all speculation. It would be great to sit here and say everyone will pan out and we’ll be an absolute force but we have a lot of new pieces and we don’t know how that will translate. The Mich guys never lived up to the expectations and that’s why they transferred to get time. Yes we have reason to be excited about our recruits. We have a lot of question marks regarding the transfers though. Especially our three point specialist who has not played at the A10 level.

Dayton had (4) four Q4 losses last year and don't have a backup point guard to this point. They have questions, just like VCU (new transfers), just like SLU (how healthy is Perkins)?

yeah everyone makes some good points and no doubt every team has a long way to go from August to April in their development BUT....

for the first time in about 8 years or so, my intuition says that MR has assembled a group of talent from 1-13 that is unparalleled. Competition will be fierce for minutes come October and on the surface this group seems to like each other which is a wonderful asset if it can be maintained in the face of any adversity.
Bottomline this team has lots of upside!!!!, provided MR can keep them engaged on the defensive end of the court and REBOUNDING - personally would love to see us play Nolan Richardson's 40 minutes of heck on defense or whatever UNLV played on defense with their great teams

Gonna be a 5 team race in A10 (dayton, st louis, loyola, VCU and one surprise team not named Richmond )

my crystal ball says 6 or 7 regular season losses is the floor - 4 regular season losses is the ceiling
(end of the season honors will have 3 Rams among the first two teams all conference - our challenge is we have so much balance no one is going to avg 15PPg a game whereas some teams with lesser depth that play starters 35+ minutes will have better stats )
Plus 2 starters on all Defensive team for the conference

go rams
