A healthy Marcus means so much to this team it is a shame that he has had so many medical obstacles his senior year. Hopefully this rest will make a difference.

the problem is that MR used Marcus in the same way George Allen used Larry Brown.

I agree but it's so true....why is the coach positioning his star 6'2 160 pg under the basket to take charges from guys up to as big or bigger than hasahn french every single game? Sure, he draws he's drawing the foul but he's hitting the floor time with some one at least 3 inches taller and 20+ pounds heavier falling on top of him?

If you have 2 bigs in there, one can guard the basket and your pg doesnt get punished!

Word on the street is exactly the opposite—ME is loathe to give up even a single rep, is full tilt wherever there is a ball/court/rim and lobbies vigorously to play under any and all circumstances. Don’t put this on MR—the kid is a warrior, his style of play is balls to wall and that is what makes him great when he is healthy.
