?I feel the same way about most hot dogs and Bologna after I saw how they were made up close and personal.
My grandmother, (grew up during the Depression) used to make something called Souse. Made with pigs feet, pig fat and some kind of jelly stuff. Once you got past the animal scraps concept, the appearance and texture, it tasted pretty good. You ever try pickled lambs tongue?

The funny thing is that the NCAA used a photo of MSS on their "Texas Tech advances" graphic, despite MSS having a rather mediocre game today.
