I really hope the “we hope to get Fatts back” comment is about allowing him time to develop. In other words, I hope we applied for a medical redshirt exception and are not trying to get him back on the court this year. Even if it ends up being denied, which I doubt, it would be a disservice in my opinion not to at least try

Yeah, was thinking the exact same thing. Would make for a great gameday shirt...maybe put something on the back too

Just watched this weeks Mr press conference and enjoyed the NIL discussion. I thought it was an excellent example of how things are viewed based on the lens you are looking through. Why did his opinion change between when he was at RM vs now at VCU. He gave a very honest answer and my belief is that if some others were looking through that same lens, many would also change their opinion. I won’t tell the entire interview. But if you pick up a kid to play for you and he tells you he left all of his clothes at home so that his siblings would have something to wear or that he is sending his Pell grant money home so his family can pay rent or eat, the whole they get a free ride to school so that should be enough doesn’t resonate the same in my opinion. That could jsut be me and the lens that I was already looking through 🤷‍♂️
