RICHMOND, Va. – Less than two days away from tipping off the 2011-12 campaign, VCU senior forward Courtney Hurt continues to garner preseason recognition. In its annual season preview, ESPN.com ranked the Conyers, Ga., native as one of the five-best power forwards in all of college basketball.

Its no question...that she is one of the best in the nation....last year she finished 2nd in scoring, and was the leading rebounder in the nation.

Yeah she has had a rough start so far this year...but it happens even to good players. She's got WNBA people scouting her I'm sure...and deservedly so...and I have no doubt that once she gets going...we're gonna see the same dominant force we saw last season.
