I don't think he redshirted. If I remember correctly his first year he didn't qualify academically (similar to Mo and Jordan Burgess) so the clock didn't start with that season. I could be wrong but that's what I remember.
Yes, but it is still considered a redshirt year. Mo and Jordan did it as well.

If that's the case, he arrived 2015-16 and had to sit out that season. His first season on the court was 2016-17, meaning 2019-20 would've been his senior season at VCU:

2015-16 - sat out
2016-17 - reshirt freshman
2017-18 - reshirt sophomore
2018-19 - reshirt junior
2019-20 - redshirt senior

This s correct. Once you start the clock, you have 5 years to play a max of 4. Because the NCAA ruled him a non qualifier and because he then transferred, he will only play three seasons

Wonder how much of a
difference having Sean passing would have made this weekend.
When a player transfers from a program I tend to look at it similar to when a coworker leaves your company or place of business. You may miss what he or she brought to the table, but at the end of the day we are all replaceable.

If we're wondering after a couple of losses, and a 6-0 preceding that what it'd be like bringing back one or two players,
we might as well bring them all back in our minds, right? Let's think about WW as the coach again while we're at it. And my whorish ex-gf. Bring back everybody. You know where we are? Right back where we started. Probably having lost even more than two games this season if we're being realistic. What's done is done, and we are where we are now. Living in the past ain't gonna solve the present, our guys will work things out for the future. You'll see.

I hope that the VCU RAM Warriors realize that despite some of the ungrateful fair-weathered fans that only post disparaging messages , they do not represent the thousands of fans that will always support the players. Of course fans are disappointed from the outcome of this weekend, but, for the players. Yes, there are a few trolls who appear after a VCU loss who enjoy twisting the dagger at this fan base and want to pick on players until the fan base becomes so agitated and players are drawn into the words of attack by their raw emotions because the player knows the sacrifice he gives to his school and the respect he gives to the fans.

I was actually thinking about how much a difference it would make if our starting lineup included a LeBron James, Luka Doncic, and Kemba Walker?
Hear me out, take our entire team and replace them with the 92 Dream Team, would we be better?
