They were talking on the radio feed last night about some new signage around the Broad St. concession stand that's supposed to change the look of the area. They said it would be installed today.
I may have missed it on an earlier page, but did everything come out ok???

fmason fans should be the last fans critiquing another school's arena and fan base. The only time fmason basketball comes remotely close to selling out is when they play VCU. And their arena is dark and dingy with cheap video boards/center scoreboard. And those seats are probably the original seats from when the arena opened in 1985. There is absolutely nothing special about Eagle Bank Arena.
I haven't been to Eagle Bank Arena in a while. Do they still have those tarps covering the upper level sections where they're unable to sell tickets?

Folks can say what they want, but Feinstein had the stones to call out Bobby Knight when no one else would. Also, “The Punch” is a really good read as well.

I think he does just fine as the analyst, certainly better than the grating ramblings of Pete Gillen.
Yes I have always been a big fan of his. There are few that have been able to jump from one subject to the next and get a depth of knowledge of the sport as well as get to the heart of the matter (on his books). As an analyst not bad, he seems to be a fan of the A10 in general and VCU in specific. I have seen a drop off in his energy level this season. Guess his younger child is tiring him out.

PS: Finished the colonoscopy prep and the actual procedure itself. I got a clean bill of health and a great breakfast to boot! I'm SO glad the game was a blowout last night, because I was blowing things out of myself in the bathroom for most of it. I listened on my phone, though. Prep day was murder. This morning with no food was awful. But, I survived and don't have to do it again for 10 years.
That is absolutely great news. I have not gone through with the procedure despite everyone insisting I do. As far as I know there is no family history in place that would warrant it but that's a lame excuse on my end (so to speak). I suppose I fear waking up from it with the hospital staff singing "Moon River". Boy do I digress. Hey enough already. Let's beat the Bonnies. GO RAMS!!

I am watching the replay. In the section where Shriver and the mason player get a double foul or technical or whatever it was, you can see MR run in to calm things down. But man, MR looked very angry as he was pointing and telling all his players to get back to the bench.....MR looked really pissed...lol. And when all the action was just about over and everyone was heading back to their benches, DeLoach comes into the frame/fray. LOL...MR was pointing and yelling about going to the bench.
DeLoach is that friend who is fun to hangout with but at the same time you hate hanging out him because he's always gonna get into something that's going to require your intervention.

I'm in the same boat -- no family history whatsoever. If I had my druthers I would have done the Cologuard and called it a day. My brother did that. My wife, on the other hand, would have nothing of it and insisted that I get scoped. Since she's largely in charge, that's what I did. I managed to put it off for a couple of years (I'm 52) due to COVID and other things getting in the way. I'm just glad it's over and I don't have to consider it again for 10 years.

Y'all are funny but now that this conversation is so weird....what do you know?! I have a colonoscopy story. I went and a nice nurse helped get me ready before the procedure. It went well. The next VCU game I went to I sat with some friends. A young lady turned around and I immediately said......you helped with my colonoscopy! I bet you saw my butt. OK....She laughed and VCU won. I had to tell that one.

It's a small city! I will say that the nurse who worked with me today (and saw my butt) was quite cute. Way too young for me even if I weren't extremely married, but cute nonetheless.

They got beat by 20 and this person insults the Stu and our excellent band director.
It’s their way of coping. They haven’t sniffed anything even close to success since they gave their team rings getting to the round of 32, 12 years ago. They gave players rings for the round of 32. Let that sink in. That’s George Mason. A fanbase who so desperately wants to be our rivals yet they aren’t. Our rivals are Richmond then Dayton. Mason doesn’t even sniff our rival club. It has to hurt them how much better we did after our F4 appearance. They aren’t worth the energy or time.
