With this year’s group — which includes nine underclassmen — each game is a learning experience, win or lose, Rhoades said.
The Rams are learning on the fly, but finding success while they’re at it. The 2-1 result is great for the Rams’ confidence, Rhoades said, but he added they still have a lot of work ahead of them.

Next up is a game at Penn State on Wednesday.
“These guys love to play basketball, and they really like each other. That's huge,” Rhoades said. “So, you know what, I'm really proud of them. And they also know they can get a lot better, too, and we're going to push for that."
