I wonder if a Radford fan will show up dressed as Highlander from the movie or tv series at the game. I remember the one time an Odu fan came to the Stu dressed as The Burger King mascot.

He probably got off work late and didn't have time to change before making the drive to Richmond for the game.

P.S. Yes, I know this is the same type of lame joke that Richmond and (for some reason) GMU fans love to make about VCU fans, but it was too much of a softball and I had to do it...

The ratings for the matchup on Kenpom are:

Radford - (6-4), 238 overall, 228 on offense, 233 on defense.

VCU - (6-4), 125 overall, 244 on offense, 52 on defense.

Yikes. Radford did go on the road and lose by only 3 at Notre Dame and 10 at Wisconsin. The offense in this one seems like it’s going to be gross for both clubs. Maybe VCU will show some improvement.

They are unpredictable. Lose to W&M but give Notre Dame a run. We could have another JSU game if we don’t show up or maybe worse. Can’t have a slow start or we could be in trouble.

They lost by 10 to Marquette, not Wisconsin.

It concerns me that beating Radford might be considered a big win for VCU this season, but it is. We need this and we need to improve doing it. Still believe this team can be good, but we are not there yet. A lot of work still to do.
