Nothing much. I doubt he's going to do anything to tip off Vandy about Ace's status one way or the other. I interpreted the "Ace is Ace" comment to mean he's a fast healer who desperately wants to play, but that's just speculation.

With the same information that all of us have, I’ve been mentally preparing myself to watch VCU without Ace through the Temple game next weekend. Hope he comes back before then though

By no means have we looked great, but Vanderbilt is currently 3-3 with a bad home loss to Southern Miss. They lost by 9 at home to Memphis (common opponent) and by 10 on a neutral site against a quality Saint Mary’s team. Their 3 wins include a road OT win at Temple (soon to be common opponent), a 33pt win at home vs Morehead State, and a 10pt neutral site win over Fresno State.

Contrary to popular belief, it’s not all about what VCU has done. Typically predictions take a look at both teams.

A revenge game for Vandy from last season. Can't look past them to Temple. Richmond handled Temple the other day (neutral court) but really can't compare that to anything. Don't want to rush Ace back too soon. Have to fill the void created by his absence. Interesting note: Dayton 3-4 so far. What does that mean in the scheme of things? Absolutely nothing.
