Last night was just a combination of many bad things. I mean, except for the peanuts they gave me as I was swearing walking out of the building.

So you are Switzerland. ....
In this instance, why yes I am :D I haven't been a season ticket holder in a number of years since I moved and I go to considerably more road games than games at the STU. However, it doesn't seem logical to me that the AD and team would intentionally try to run fans of. So we need to help them figure out how to raise funds and fan enjoyment. If they knew how, they would have done it by now.

I have not attended regularly due to the unmasked folks in my section. I have asked numerous times the staff to ask certain folks sitting very near me to raise their masks, and they have not approached the offenders. Or, the few times they have, the offenders have not remained compliant. A guy directly in front of me last night ate one kernel of popcorn at a time so he could claim "actively eating" and never one time while I was there had his mask over his mouth - yet, he was consistently turning toward me to talk. I moved and then found myself moving several times out of the way of offenders. Finally, I left the game with 10 minutes left. Not sure I will return. Our administration does not seem to care. I have talked with the RMC staff who have told me that when they do approach someone, as soon as they leave, the person takes the mask off again. These non-compliant folks ought to be removed from the arena, or we should do like UVA and cease selling concessions so folks cannot abuse the "actively eating" policy.

I forgot. I did spot the lady with the megaphone last night. I heard her tell the ref that he stunk. She sits across from me on the other side of the court. We let her go to town during timeouts.

Wow, that’s pretty crazy to give out peanuts with many people concerned about peanut allergy!
