Last night Vince and his team just edged out Ashland in the Sectional semifinals 69-27.

Vince had 23 points.

In 23 minutes.

Shooting 80% from the field.

And 86% from the line

Vince had nine rebounds. Three were offensive.

Vince had five assists. The rest of his team had eight combined.

Vince had two steals. And a block.

Vince has quite a future as a Ram.

I know a 14 possession game sounds bad, but I’m sure the game was much closer than the score indicated.

No offense to him, but the competition had something to do with that I'm sure. The team only had 2 which is unheard of and they were by subs that played 4 and 5 mins.

Ho-hum. 2d round of the playoffs. Vince gets 26 minutes, 23 points on 9-11, 2-3 from 3, 6 rebounds, 6 assists, 2 steals, one block. Oh, and they won, 64-32.

He's been doing great things.

Reminds me a bit of Jordan Murphy in his senior year. Out of all the recruits from that class several years ago, Murphy is/was the one who really stepped it up and became a major player....and it really started his senior year in HS. Williams seems to be the same.
