I hope VCU and UR can work with the governor to increase the amount of fans that can attend if they are vaccinated, we could pack our place with health care professionals and first responders, the ticks can fill theirs with their geriatric fanbase of sweater-vests...

They should have split things more. My reason is that if you have a team issue you could isolate the problem but if a case happens then you potentially affect other teams that were in that facility too. Honestly I would have split things up until the final to minimize having too many teams going through the same facility.
