Recap: After a nice win in Henrico on Friday, VCU looked to make it 6 straight as they hosted George Mason Wednesday night at the Stu. The Rams’ first half performance help set the tone in the 72-52 win.
Senior David Shriver led all Rams in scoring with 13 points on the night. Sophomore Jayden Nunn was next up with 12.
VCU shot 50% on the night, connecting on 25 of 50 from the field and making 7 of 18 from deep.
