agreed. i hope we will cherish what college basketball used to be. i will be telling my kids about it the way my grandad told me about the days of the big 4/dixie classic and my dad told me about how his whole town would shut down to watch the (then 8 team) acc tournament

the thing i miss will most is the joy of watching a player start as a underdeveloped freshman and growing to lead the team their senior year. johnny williams, jequan lewis, melvin johnson, i could go on!
