If we could find ten people willing to give 10K above and beyond what they are already doing I would be very surprised. It seems like the fan base has been dwindling in recent years and the ones that are still around are pretty tapped out.

I expected him to go pro all season but it was nice thinking that if he decided against that he might come back here. The portal thing is basically saying I don't know what I'm doing but I know I don't want to be back there. That stings a bit.
That is all true and we very well could replace him with a player that has even better skills. We are more connected to him as fans than we should be strictly based on his box score. That is kind of the point of all of this though. Or it used to be any way.
