2024 NCAA Tourney Talk

No way. They got an NCAA Tournament win and made it to the round of 32. That’s something we’ve done exactly 1 time in the last 11 years.
Most Aggie fans don't really care about the beatdown today. Mixed emotions of elation for finally getting the first tourney win since 2001 (first time for me as a fan) and melancholy that Sprinkle is leaving and gutting the roster in the process. As I've said before USU and VCU are essentially in the same spot minus the 2011 run. Always a launchpad for coaching careers and mostly able to reload with good teams.

Odom to USU? 🤣🤣

Really though if/when Sprinkle leaves I hope you guys land another good one and keep the train rolling

USU just got beat by 39 points. Honestly, if I knew we'd get beat by 39 points, I might prefer not to get a bid. That kind of loss will leave a mark, as they say
Wait, what? You always want a bid. Every single time.

This is the team who had their coach taken, along with their two best players. They managed to grab a coach and two other fellas from friggin Montana State. They get an at-large and smoke a decent Big 12 team in the first round before getting pummeled by Purdue.

I’m proud of our guys for how they played this year, but I’ll take Utah State’s season over ours 10 times out of 10.

Edey constantly gets mugged. As Wilt said "No one llke Goliath"...unless he's on your team...more power to dominant bigs...
Yes he does, and 3 guys from the other team are in foul trouble every game, but when he does it, the refs look the other way. The ref they interviewed anonymously said as much and that they were told to call it that way, because Edey is a big draw. When everyone comes to see him play, they don't want to disappoint them by having his playing time limited by foul trouble.

Reminds me of the tourney game where Texas A&M beat Northern Iowa after they were down 12 with 44 seconds left. Wildest college basketball game I’ve ever seen.
That was in OKC, when we were there right?
