The only other change I would like to see is The window go to 21 days. April 10th to May 1st. That way everyone starts at the same time after the full season. 21 days post season is sufficient time for player/coach conversations to occur

I wouldn't be surprised if Tobi returned. In fact if I were his "agent" I would advise it. Tobi could continue to improve his game at VCU and increase his endurance (oddly enough much like Dj Burns, he cant play long stretches without getting winded) and have a much higher market value next year.

Yeah that is a good point 11,12 and 13 will probably be different every year because they are players you take a flyer on. Pretty much the same as those undrafted players that get signed to a summer league team.
