The Official Beat the South Florida Bulls in Tampa in the NIT Thread

As mentioned in another thread, I like this team when they are rolling on offense but their nemesis is their lack of rebounding and defense. Sometimes it’s painful to watch.

The Official Beat the Dayton Fayers in Ohio Thread

As previously noted, after the Duquesne game, this VCU edition can be exciting offensively, at times, but will also usually go lacking on defense at some point. In the first game against Dayton, VCU held Elvis and Brea to 6 points (Elvis zero points). Last night Elvis and Brea scored 33 points...

    What should we do now?

I do not post often but felt compelled under the circumstances...VCU has become an elite level program...and the program will sell/sustain itself. Numerous basketball people acknowledge as much. The key now is to get a new coach in quickly to indicate stability and so that he can try to salvage...

    Fun with Texas

I have following vcuramamnation for awhile but do not post; however, I could not resist this one. The great Bill Walton was known to "partake" during his years at UCLA, which was one of the issues the late great UCLA coach John Wooden had with him. But my best memory of Bill Walton is my boy...
