You have a great eye. Yes they do seem to play with the JD Barnett style. Mack is a clone of CD and they both play shooting guard.

:oops: my bad...i knew I fat-fingered his name and let it go because I was too tired to correct. Plus it is tough to type with 9 fingers. :lol:

The J.D Barnett interview has better footage of VCU back in the day. You can see the "Butler way" in that footage. The way J.D explains his philosophy also sounds like the 2007 team. Any you can see Calvin footage. Shelvin does look like CD.
