Don't think his name has been previously posted.

Juvonte Reddic, Quality Education (NC) - Reddic had a slow start but turned it on as the game progressed, especially in the second half. He blocks shots well, finished with contact, showed a solid jump hook and good hops. The 6'9" forward is currently unsigned but claims offers from Maryland, VCU, James Madison and Moussori.

NC is loaded with BBall talent. I don't know what it is but Reddic at 6'9" seems to be lightly recruited. Maybe he's a sleeper, maybe not that talented, maybe he has grade issues? Who knows but anyway it seems that there are numerous D-1 recruits in NC.

Juvonte Reddic, PF, Quality Education Academy – This guy has late bloomer written all over him. He’s known for his motor, and he’s adding to it. He’s capable of stepping out and knocking down mid-range jumpers, but what he showed today was intensity on both ends. He finished well around the basket, showed a nice pair of hands and blocked shots on the defensive side of things. He finished with 12 points.

Definitely a freak of an athlete. Excellent timing on shot blocks and can dunk from the video.

According to MAXpreps he avg 9.5 pts 12 reb 2.8 blks last year.

Teammates with Quincy Miller who is a 5 star pf in the '11 class and Stargell Love the 3 star PG who is going to Baylor next year. Seems to be very similar to Donte Williams and would be a good get.

VCU has been recruiting Juvonte for some time. He is your proverbial late bloomer according to numerous recruiting gurus. He plays at QEA(Quality Education Academy) in Winston-Salem and is now 6'10". QEA plays both a state and national schedule and has on its roster 6'9" Quincy Miller, one of the top Juniors in the country.

Juvonte played very well in the Kreul Classic in Coral Springs Florida recently and caught the eye of quite a few coaches. He is particularly known for his motor - showing a lot of intensity on both ends of the floor. In Fla. he showed really good hands as well and finished with 12 points. Keep in mind he is playing on a team with numerous D-1 prospects.

He claims to have offers from JMU and VCU with Georgetown, Oaklahoma and West Va. watching him closely.

This guys progression and growth pattern reminds me a lot of LS!
