Also I know the "leaving the CAA" argument is old hat, but anyone know if we have a shot at getting into the Ivy League. I really think we could dominate.

That's awesome that the two teams could come together to share in their mutual hatred for Yale. I suppose if Mason and ODU ever play each other for the championship in Richmond they could do the same thing about us.

Has there ever been a Mason ODU final? Until Mason learns how to play in the Coliseum I kinda feel like the VCU vs ODU game is the championship game every year. Sometimes it just happens in the semi finals.

It's not so much Mason learning how to play in the coliseum, its more of Mason learning how to beat us when it means the most.

But then again you look at Mason this year and in 09. In 09 Mason almost lost to Towson before losing to us. And then this year Mason was only up 2 at half vs GSU before waking up and blowing them out, and then losing to us again.

I mean VCU undefeated against Mason in the CAA Tourney, since joining the CAA. Even ODU has figured out how to beat us in Richmond Coliseum. They've sent us packing 2 years in a row. Mason just can't handle VCU in the CAA Tourney for one reason or another. This year it was because Cornelius fueled our fire saying it was over before it started, and thanks to Shaka spotting that, he posted it in the Locker Room, and we came out on fire and just annihilated them.

Anyone know what the records for the CAA Tourney are between

VCU vs ODU
ODU vs GMU
and VCU vs GMU. (I know we are undefeated vs Mason in the CAA Tourney, but how many times have we beaten them?)
