Aren't we supposed to be able to rewatch games if we payed for video streaming? VCU vs UNCG is not available for on demand streaming. I thought we were supposed to get it....am I wrong?

OK, found this on the FAQ:
How do I access archived broadcasts?
All archived broadcasts will be available in the "On Demand" tab of the portal. Keep in mind that our staff manually edits and prepares most audio archives before they are posted to the portal, so please allow up to 72 hours for those to post. Video archives are generally available almost immediately following the event. Keep in mind that many schools choose not to archive some or all of their events.

But not sure whether the VCU vs UNCG broadcast is supposed to be On Demand or not.
 
I agree 100%. I have been looking for that broadcast all weekend. I hope it is up by tommorrow night. I work some nights and can't watch some games in real time....I need archive access!!!! I'll sit on my hands for another 24 hours before I open the can of WA. :evil:
 
Its early in the season for the tech staff also, so I will give them the benefit of doubt. But hopefully these issues get resolved or the refund hotline will be ringing off the hook
 
I'm hoping the archived version will play without all the "buffering" issues.

I sent the provider an email during the "live" broadcast. They offered a refund, but what can you do? I assume if you take the refund you lose access to watch future games. Maybe they fix the problems for future broadcasts.

I can't believe it has anything at all to do with my computer. I watch lots of events on espn, channelsurfing, etc. without a single issue.

This all just seems very "bush-league" with what I perceive to be the first class image that the university and athletic administration are trying to portray.
 
I believe the FAQ said they prorate the refund if you have a multigame package.
 
Just got an email from Stretch Internet...UNCG game will not be archived due to "technical difficulties".
Hmmmm. Hopefully the rest of the season isn't going to go that way.
 
Send them a response- "Online bill pay not available due to technical difficulties."

that whole thing sounds like too much trouble to deal with.
 
the only reason i bought this was because i wasnt able to make it to the game or watch them all in real time....so i buy it for the VUU game then thats free for everyone....then I have to miss the UNCG game and now its not going to be on demand...this my friends is BULLSH!T at its finest!! :evil: :evil: :evil:
