Well Eric is definitely not dunking the ball here. Look at where the ball is throught the backboard. He's laying it up. Eric dunked all of one time during a game at VCU and it was pretty weak. 
He didn't get drafted for his ups, that's for sure. Another hilarious thing to note is that they are playing the Charlotte Bobcats and it's at the Lakers homecourt at an empty Staples Center in LA.
