Bama needs 2OT against Bama-Huntsville

Wow, and that was on their home court.

Also noticed that Grant's making a return to the Paradise Jam in St. Thomas.

I thought Grant had a pretty good recruiting class coming in and a ok returning class? I could have heard wrong though.

Looks like freshman point guard Trevor Releford started scored 22 pts, while Eblen came off the bench to go 0-2 from the field.

Maybe we can hook Ben up with a spot on the practice squad

Good thing he didn't come here. He would have never gotten on the floor.

I'm glad Ben is playing for the coach he wanted to....errrr....perhaps that should be practicing on the team with the coach he wanted to be with. I expect it will continue to be that way (the practice part) considering a freshman is doing so well over a sophomore.

Well someone is going to do it at some point, so I will be the first.

Shame on all of you and your malicious joy. Anthony Grant and Ben Whatshisname did nothing wrong. Let's give these kids a break.

aaaaaaaaaah, come on Finance.....feeling malicious joy is part of the Human Condition. Like laughing at a guy who gets hit in the 'nards with a tee ball hit by his son or giggling as a vapid dead-eyed supermodel trips in a ridiculous outfit no normal person would wear....or really, anything on Tosh.O or America's Funniest Home Videos for the last 15 years.

It's what seperates us from the animals and buddists

and honestly....I'm waaaaaay happy about where VCU basketball is right now, and we owe a lot of that to Grant goin' to "Bama country....besides, if it's wrong to want 'Bama to have a lower RPI then VCU, then I'm guilty as charged

Maybe they should adopt the philosophy of some of our posters and red-shirt Ben. ;)
