I realize the answer is most certainly "money," but if this is true, what is he thinking? Head scratcher. If that is the case, though, next up. Move on and get better

Especially because there's a potentially a BIG bag coming to their pockets, I'd imagine certain agents are more aggressive than others in sealing the deal. If the players they're representing aren't capable of seeing where there's job security and/or preferring a system they are having presented to them as more desirable, or if the larger paycheck is a factor, then fare thee well. I'm not for a second faulting anyone, some things are just the natural flow of things. He knows VCU wants him here, he faces nothing that can be considered ill words here or anywhere else, nobody fed him any bad eats. If he wants another joint's menu, eat up.

Not knowing is worse than knowing. Luke is gonna be really good, but not having him won’t sink us.

I don't know. It might be that playing lightning fast isn't what he wants, which all indications point at that being what we plan on doing. It's not for everyone.

I will be super disappointed if this is true. I really like Luke and think he can achieve greatness at VCU.
But Phil didn't pick Luke, and if that spot opens it gives Phil and his staff a chance to succeed on the trail. I am going to believe they can get that done. And there will be a ton of applicants for that job to pick from.

Agree. Plus he spent a year or 2 in Az. before he got here......and I am sure that money is a factor,
My thoughts exactly. My guess is if he improves next year he likely transfers again.
We have to remember a lot of those Nigerian families who live in England arent doing well financially. If it’s money the kid likely is doing it for the family.
He should have a good career. Look reminds me of an olden polynice (sp) type. I wish him well.
