What do you suspect VCU is paying Nowell? More or less than what the Antelopes are paying Luke?

I don't know. But I would be willing to pay more for a good player wanting to come here rather than try to negotiate with a current player that bolted for the portal so early in the process.

I didn't realize that Grand Canyon has been pretty good over the past five years. Especially for a relatively new D1 program and they have a big time coach in Bryce Drew. The more I look into this move it isn't as crazy as I initially thought.

No idea but I’m assuming they’re offering more for Luke than we are for Luke.

What about that LSU player people were chatting about, does he have any antelope or deer or some sort of antlered creature mascot in their past?

Purple and a tiger makes me think LSU.

EDIT: Tyrell Ward is the answer, he attended Dematha Catholic school who uses a Stag as a mascot, transferring away from LSU purple tiger.
