Biggest game of my life...

I see what you are saying banana, but ALL VCU games are the extreme for me. I would think you too perhaps?
Yeah definitely, kinda told my girlfriend to go home last night b/c she was watching the Tech game and I was listening to our game. I wasn't mad at her but hated the fact that she was happy while I was so miserable. I'm absolutely passionate, but i try to keep it away from extreme as much as possible. It's completely out of my hands, so why let it ruin your life. I'm with you though.

I feel like this is a great thread, but the way you state it seems like the extreme. This game is a must-win for us for sure.[/quote]
IMO this is not a must win, the must wins are at home, then we only need one road win to be either first or second in the conference depending on the GMU-ODU outcome. 4 CAA losses and wins against the other two with 4 losses gives us first or second.
Trust me I want them to win and I get bummed when the do not but this is not DEF CON 4, that is coming in 2 weeks.

My wife asked me if I could help her with something at work on Saturday. I responded, "sure, as long as it is not between 12p and 2p, VCU is on." She responds, "we can DVR it." I respond, "that is not an option." I'm currently in the dog house.

You should DVR it.

It never hurts to have something to watch after you get home from the game.

JMU is the biggest game of my life too.
After that game DU will be the biggest game...
then ODU
then GMU
then Whichita
then Drexel
then JMU
then...

I just might. Thanks for tip. I am also not a Fallon fan. I'm not into his show either, but I love THE ROOTS. Because of the Roots there has been some amazing jams on that show. But mostly I stick with Charlie Rose. Nice and peaceful, unless hes interviewing a journalist in Egypt or Shockoe Bottom.

completely off topic, but if we beat GMU but lose more in conference and they win out other than the loss we will both be tied at the end of the season. Would that make VCU the out right champion or would we be co-champs with them. we would have a winning record against them, ODU, and hofstra and they would have lost to all of the top 4. just wondering..

If we are tied with GMU only and we win the head to head match up then we would be the #1 seed. When it is just a two way tie the tie breaker is the head to head games where we would have the advantage in this scenario. If you are tied with multiple teams or tied with a team that you split the regular season with then the tie breaker is more complicated.

Dude- you seriously need to get a grip on yourself. Your life will never be what you want it to, if you continue to exhibit these traits. Act like a loser...... and you'll wind up being a loser. And we don't want that for you. So chill out, and get a couple of hobbies or something. Have you tried latch-hook rugging? Stain glass is always fun.

If we lose Saturday, are you going to go on another rant about how bad your life sux? And how it's the University's fault that you can't get a job. Man up, and guess what? You'll have your job. And guess what? Same goes for the girl. The new lap-top. The flat-panel, and everything else. You gotta do a reality check though, and get a hold of yourself. Then everything will work out- as long as you are willing to work for it.

Now- Go RAMS! Let's win it on Saturday. If we lose, I too might become suicidal!! But it only lasts me a couple of hours, and I think I can hang on.
