Disgraced and hated ex-Wildcat Coach + 3rd or 4th DUI + arrested in Kentucky + Suing UK for breach of contract (even thought the contract wasn't actually signed) = Totally Screwed.

Also factor into that equation the Judge will most likely be a UK Basketball season ticket holder..... :lol:

Seriously though...Driving Drunk should fall under the "Use of a deadly weapon" category.
 
I believe it is his 4th incident. My question is: with the money you make, why not hire a driver when you need them?
 
Wouldn't have gotten "caught" if he were still coaching at UK. Folks need to get drivers though
