Charles Barkley

i think we've heard this about 20,000 times during the eagles game tonight. nbc is never ashamed of over hyping a show
 
Chuck is a friend of VCU. I hope he gives a shout out! Maybe an Eric Maynor reference...

oh yea, i saw him talkin about vcu and grant a few weeks ago
 
It is my understanding that Charles Barkley's relationship with VCU is not what it used to be.
 
He was an ambassador and for that I'm grateful. His show last night wasnt half bad for SNL . But I will never forget P. Manning and the bracket skit with Amy Pohler.
 
Even though I'm no particular fan of the Mannings, he made it an instant classic for us.

Sir Charles is a fun loving dude. I threw a few back with him at Buddy’s the night after Gaston dumped buckets and stuck him in Richmond. He raged pretty hard for a couple of hours, got sick and then he called his DD, Jeff Capel.

I was believing this story until the he called his DD part :lol:
 
I enjoy Charles Barkley, but watching him talk about college basketball is painful. I really wish they'd keep the NBA clowns away from the NCAA coverage (accept Marv Albert, he's a welcome addition to the fold).
