A) performance/accomplishments, B) skill/talent, C) pro potential, D) impact/value to team.

Larry Sanders comes in at 40 and Hofstra's Charles Jenkins comes in at 87.

If Charles Jenkins can become more efficient I could see him in the NBA...guy is 6-3 or so and has a big body...just needs to hit a higher % of shots.

Jenkins is 220 which is beastly strong. The thing I see from him is that he uses his strength to get most of his points, he bulls his way into the paint and scores. I also saw him develop a 3-point shot that wasn't great, but he could keep you honest from out there. He needs to work on that if he wants to play in the association, cause he's not going to bully anyone there. He's by far the most physically imposing guard in this league and he can get to the basket whenever he wants with his strength. That will help in the NBA, but he won't be able to do much unless he's more proficient as a perimeter shooter.
