I'll take his ability to coach over speaking any day of the week. With that said, I would much rather listen to Coach Odom speak than Mike Rhoades. At least Coach Odom gets technical in his responses vs. "fighting like crazy", "keep the ball hot" and "keep pushing the ball downhill". Rhoades is an interviewer's/listener's nightmare.

I absolutely agree with that. I guess the last coach we had where I enjoyed the post-game interviews immensely was Shaka.

Funny that you say that because Mike Rhoades is suddenly using that phrase at Penn State, where things absolutely are not going well for him and will likely get a lot worse once Ace and Kern are gone.

Penn State probably needs to start "keeping the ball hot." That usually will propel a team to at least 1 or 2 wins. lol.
