Rhoades did it with almost every player after they subbed out. I was waiting for one of them to punch him in the face. I rarely see it with Odom, or not enough to notice like I did with Rhoades.

I always thought that it was disrespectful as well. Then he would talk to them with his sweaty pastrami breath.
