Today they released the AP Top 25

Notre Dame back in the top 25 for the first time in years. Tennessee unranked for the first time in forever :( .
 
Having lived in Radford the year that Michael Vick to Tech to the National Title game...I've been a pretty "die-hard" Tech football fan for about a decade now (which I find to be somewhat of a "conflict of interest" as more of a die hard VCU fan and BCS hater).

Anyway, I'm interested to see how fast they can fall out of the top 25 this year, with Big Game Beamer coaching up a giant loss to Alabama right from the jump (I say they lose by at least 17...but I'll be at a wedding so at least I don't have to watch them get destroyed in real time).

Anyway, kind of hard for me to admit that...or that I have a Marcus Vick jersey hanging in my closet ...but it's true.
 
I will NOT root for any college team that has Orange as a color. i.e. UF, VPI, UVa, UT (both Tenn and Tex)...

I take that back. I will root for Tech over Alabama and that crimson b"llpoop.

Wait what about Syracuse? I slept under a Syracuse blanket when I was a kid which made my rents think I would go there. I have a soft spot for the Orange as result. None of my family had any connections or strings with the university though which makes me wonder where the heck the blanket came from :lol:

The only time I'll really root for UVA football is when they play VT. Any other time, screw 'em all.
Wait, go Colorado State! ...at least they're the Rams!
 
I'm figuring that with Paulus having perfected the faux flop at Duke, he will be able to convert that to so many roughing the passer calls that he will not have to complete a pass of have any rushinh to move the team down field. :lol:
 
USC chooses true freshman Matt Barkley as their starting QB. WOW! Corp's broken bone in his leg must have been more serious than they expected.
