If you have never been to Omaha for a CWS game, it truely is a spectacular event. Two weeks of college baseball that is extremely well attended. I came across an article saying this was the last year the CWS would be played at the "Blatt". Then I found out Omaha is building a new 24,000 seat (expandable to 35,000) stadium downtown. Its a very impressive facility. Here is a link:

Then I found out VCU is not the only major division I school without an on-campus stadium. Creighton uses the cities stadium for their games.
I use to live in Omaha. A very progressive city with a vibrant downtown. If you ever get to go to a CWS game, you will not be disappointed.
