Got a chance to watch the game with MrCAA and had a great time... after a little debacle and some work to find the bar in our neck of the woods that showed the game...

though I must say, kind of dont like the way your site used Livin on a Prayer lyrics for the headline... oh well... best of luck the rest of the way... see you guys next year..

I thought this one was going to come down to the last shot (as a VCU fan obviously glad it didn't). Mason is gonna have a heck of a squad next year. Hancock is legit, glad he was in foul trouble.

Nothing but class right there. I always say "be modest in victory and gracious in defeat". glad there are still people who can be classy like that. Although I despise GMU, I have to admit Hancock will be one heck of a player for years to come.

Ha. Boondocks was being polite and offering congratulations...no need to go crazy on him here. It was a darn good game til the 7 minute mark and every VCU fan in the arena was nervous until then. This Mason team chock full of freshmen and sophomores will be very good in the next few seasons.

Neither am I. I'm just saying they'll be back and better than they were tonight. I don't think it's innaccurate to think they will beat us at some point in the next 2 seasons. Especially when Pearson, Morrison, and Cornelius are seniors and we play our lone game in Fairfax. VCU basketball is going strong and will continue to do so regardless of whatever another CAA team does or is doing.
