It was a joke people, don't get all worked up about it. 
The kid can't transfer anywhere even if he wanted to since he's already used his redshirt year up. If he transfered anywhere he would lose a year of eligibility and be a senior when he played the next year. He's not going anywhere, especially not VCU of all places
