Former Thomas Edison duo Isiah Stokley and Ede Egharevba were back together again, on the same team during the four-day camp. The two also made the senior all-star game. While Egharevba is off to prep school, likely at Queens City Prep (N.C.), Stokley is hoping to make his college choice after one year at Evelyn Mack Academy (N.C.).

Stokley had plenty of interest in the spring, but only just recently qualified academically. Atlantic 10 schools Rhode Island and St. Bonaventure remain interested and the Bonnies have a scholarship open and a need for a combo guard. Stokley hopes to fill that void, and will visit the school Aug. 1.

As for the 6-foot-6 Egharevba, who was named the MVP of the senior all-star game after scoring 13 points and thereby given a spot in the top 20 game, his choices are varied.

He has offers from Fordham and Hofstra and George Mason, VCU, and Quinnipiac are also heavily involved. He has visited the two locals, but plans to visit the other three soon. Egharevba certainly helped his stock this week. It was his second time at Hoop Group; the first time, the summer of his sophomore year, he had to leave early after sustaining a back injury.
