Enoch is a 6'8 junior center for Booker T. Washington H.S. out of Norfolk. He transferred there from Vance High School in the Charlotte, NC area. He has been under the radar for the most part but has come on strong this season and has caught the attention of the VCU coaching staff. He is a player that has our interest.

Booker T. Washington's 6-8 power forward/center, scored 10 points, snagged 5 rebounds and swatted 2 shots. However, Hood's point production wasn't a good indicator of his overall contribution to his team. He completely dominated the paint and brought the crowd to their feet with a couple of thunderous dunks. Several people chanted "DIV I talent" during Hood's first two-handed dunk over a Granby defender. On several occasions, it certainly appeared as if Hood was a man playing amongst boys. With a few more years in the weight room, it's easy to see Hood becoming a total beast in the paint with numerous Division I offers.

The Mighty Bookers were preseason ranked #5 among AAA Virginia schools and Hood has impressed in his first year with the team. He should be a guy to watch for our 2011 recruiting class.

We have no spots open at this time. And with veal, health, hall, reddick and burgess he may have thought twice about competing for a spot and decided on somewhere else

This is wayyyyyy old history. We haven't had interest for a long time.

That said, he's a good long-term get for the Dukes. In 2-3 years he'll be a good CAA player.
