Yeager should send a letter to Bristol this week. How unprofessional of them to trash our school and UAB for getting a bid. We did what we had to, Played a great schedule, and did enough to get an at-large bid in the eyes of the committee. Get mad at the committee. If that table was in charge of the selection committee there would be no mid-major at large bids.
 
dickie v worked the va tech/duke and ranted about them being in..then he gets his as$ handed to them...bilas says vcu doesnt pass the laugh test...that is just rude...get your bias under control
 
I watched the CBS selection show. They were surprised, but didn't blast us. I'd like to see the ESPN reaction.

Yeah, they are trashing us now. So what - we in! Let 'em talk. I'd rather this scenario than talking heads bemoaning how we got screwed.
 
F ESPN they have done more to hurt sports in the last 16 years than strikes, steroids and big blue combined. They want to keep everything simple and thus easy to cover, if we are in, then someone there has to actually learn something about us and look at tape and learn how to pronounce Juvante.

they're spoon-feeding the bigger and more spoiled fanbases what they want to hear, and trying to hold an audience while doing it... plus, by crapping on the NCAA, they're going to try and build up the NIT which they get to show.... conflict of interest if they were held to anything like journalism standards methinks

Although we are getting bashed, VCU has gotten 30 straight minutes of talk on ESPN.
 
Relax guys, mason was getting killed by all of the talking heads, starting with the guys on the selection show. They went on a run and shut everyone up....our turn!
 
now we are manipulating our schedule toimprove our RPI???? We can't get the great teams to play us

Seth DAvis admitted he didnt know opur rpi or SOS
 
I think they wouldn't be ranting so much if UAB wasn't included. Honestly I thought Colorado had more of a shot in.
