PONTE VEDRA BEACH, Fla. – Regarded by many of the PGA TOUR players as the “fifth majorâ€, The PLAYERS Championship always proves to be a thrilling event.
That was the case for former VCU standout John Rollins, who posted an 8-under 280 on the weekend. He finished the weekend in a four-way tie for 13th-place with Matt Kuchar, Scott Verplank and J.B. Holmes. It was his second-best finish of the 2010 season.
