Not a chance.I don’t get to watch a lot of games outside of VCU, but our good friends have a friend whose son is on UNCG, so I try and catch their games sometimes, given the multiple VCU connections. MBJ is a beast down there. Glad to see him doing well. But I agree with others, highly doubt he would come back.
Who have all gone on to do the kind of amazing things elsewhere they weren't doing under his guidance here.
He has a great eye for talent. He is not good at using that talent, and I was saying that when he was here.
Other teams definitely have helped them home in on and develop their talent and skills. We saw flashes while each were here, but nothing like what we're seeing each do elsewhere, and apart from each other. He has a great eye for talent. This is spot on Munchies. I'm not a pile on MR guy, but it sure has been frustrating at times to watch players we know are very talented just kind of hit this wall under Rhoades where they don't reach the potential most people can see they have. I looked up the last game played for each of our transferred out players from last year and as of last night they had scored a total of 102 points (total for all of them) in their most recent game. And we consistently were a low efficiency offense. Jamir 26 and Nunn 27 leading the way. Not even considering previous transfers, MBJ and Ward.Who have all gone on to do the kind of amazing things elsewhere they weren't doing under his guidance here.
